Edmond Theobald has spent a lifetime giving back to his community and trying to improve it for those who live in today, and those who will tomorrow.

Ed served as Town of Manlius Supervisor from 2010-2021, and as a Village of Minoa Trustee from 2004-2009. In both positions, he supported the needs of his community and was intricately involved in budgets and spending. By profession, he owns a financial services company.

Now, he hopes to continue the path Onondaga County is on: spending is controlled, county property taxes have decreased more than 40% since 2018, and services and reinvestment in our communities have only been enhanced.

Ed also believes its critical to fund important public safety initiatives, and strengthen partnerships between police, EMS and fire departments, and ensure that our first responders continue to have the resources needed to keep our communities safe.

Ed is a current member of the Greater Town of Manlius Chamber of Commerce. He’s a Past President of the St. Mary's Pastoral Council and is a former VP/Director of Officials for East Syracuse Minoa Youth Sports. He lives in Minoa with his wife, Bridget. They are proud parents and grandparents.
