The past two years of being the Mayor of Marcellus showed Chad Clark how passionate he really is about serving my community, and at the County level, he is excited to be able to do even more!

One thing Chad takes pride in is being accessible. Those that know him will agree he never hides behind an office door or a computer screen. Chad is always willing to talk with anyone who has questions or concerns, and he works hard to address them how he can.

Just drive through the Village of Marcellus, and you’ll likely spot him out on the streets, talking with residents and small businesses owners. He says he does not have any personal agendas or motives for being an elected official other than to be the voice of the people in his district.

One issue of importance to Chad is county spending. He feels there is not a single straight answer to addressing that, as each legislative district has its own concerns that differ from the others.

Chad says, “I am looking at my job to be advocating for my district's needs, but also falling in to the overall wellness of the county's financial well being moving forward. We need to always be looking forward and planning ahead.”
